Cultural Consultations
Culture shapes the way individuals experience childhood and how they raise their children. At Inspire Hope we acknowledge that each household needs to be treated with utmost respect and understanding on a cultural level. Family culture influences things like your moral compass, beliefs, values, and traditions. ... From big life choices and actions to small details, family culture is important because it is a big part of what makes you, you.
Mentoring
At Inspire Hope we believe that mentoring provides positivity in children/young people. Close and caring relationships with adults serves a positive outcome in the lives of children/young people in crisis. Mentoring relationships can be formal or informal with substantial variation, but the essential components include creating care, being empathetic, consistent, and long-lasting relationships, often with some combination of role modeling, teaching, and advising depending on the needs and experience of the children/young adult.
